Earlier today I received a call from my regular book store informing me that my book order by Eloisa James: This Duchess of Mine had arrived. That was unexpected. Usually it takes at least one to two months. I only just got Smooth Talking Stranger by Lisa Kleypas on Sunday (and you know... that kinda came out in March!! - well end of March to be fair) and so I was expecting the same ol' month long wait.
Gosh. I hope I don't get used to this. I'll be spoilt for good if I expect all my books to arrive one week after release date.
So, I went and collected my books and I seriously couldn't help myself and indulged in another few books *g*
I had read Lorraine Heath's In Bed With The Devil at Avon's Love Gives Back program and I thought it was actually quite good. Having never read her before, I decided to try another of her books and so I got myself the next in that series: Between The Devil And Desire.
Then seeing as two books really isn't enough for me to read *tut tut* I walked passed Kasey Michaels and collected two of her books: Dial M For Mischief and Mischief 24/7. I assure you that if they had had Mischief Becomes Her on the shelf, I would've gotten that one too. I actually haven't read any of Kasey Michaels' books before, but I had read a short story in Harlequin about these three sisters by her before so I was interested in finding out what happens to them.
I wonder how long these books will last me...
